He has also contributed in developing experimental setups of an earth-based prototype of a free-floating dual-arm space robot, climbing robots, a quadruped, a parallel robot and a humanoid robot as a part of his research. He is also involved in industrial research through his active collaboration with TCS Innovation lab on vision-based control, and technology development on self-balancing two-wheeler and AGV jointly with Students at IIT Jodhpur for an Industry. Dr. Shah has also taken up several outreach initiatives and contributed in developing a course on Robotics under National Mission Scheme on Pedagogy, offered GIAN course on robotics, organized a workshop in human-centred robotics and participated in the development of a free Dynamics solver named ReDySim."
